MSP - Rehearsal dinner, DT Mpls, 80+ people

I'm looking for a location for a rehearsal dinner in downtown Minneapolis, in December, for 80-90 people. Preferably close to the Hennepin & 7th area, or at least a short drive. Any suggestions? Thanks very much!

My first thought was Solera. I don't know if that's in your price range or not, but they have private space that ought to accommodate a party of the size you're looking for. I'd suggest calling now - as you know, you'll be in competition with holiday parties.

What is your budget per guest?

I held mine, for a group of about 50, at Spill the Wine on Washington. It was perfect for the event. They will create any menu you want and do it either plated or buffet.

I would check out Atlas. They do a lot of dinners for large groups. They would hold their large dining room for your group. Their food has a little persian tilt. And they could serve individual plates or kind of family style -- plates of chicken and meat kebabs with fish and roasted vegetables, with rice.
