Call the restaurant first to find out if the cart is out the same day you want to go. They are usually open 11am to 3pm but they do sell out of items towards the end of the day. No tomatoes, grround beef or beans in this chili. Chunks of beef in a thick, rich and spicy concoction of chiles and spices. I've had it maybe half a dozen times and I love it more each time.
