Captain Stanley's in Raleigh

Has anyone been to Captain Stanley's seafood restaurant in downtown Raleigh? You used to hear good things about it ages ago......

I just read that the new owner (since 2004) is opening a off-shoot in the old Ruby Tuesday's space in Sutton Square.

I love fried seafood (Calabash!), being a NC native. But all too often, it's over-priced and disappointing. Any reason to be hopeful of this new place?
