  1. Where is this place? I love me a good muffuletta - Yum!! Is the olive spread predominantly black or green olives, or is it an equal mix?

I haven't been but would like to try it. So far, in order of preference my muffaletta experience in the area has been

      1) Dyron's Lowcountry (think upscale muffaletta - some of the best olive spread I've had)
      2) Doodles (lame name, decent food http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/451079 )
      3) New Orleans in Vestavia
      4) Rocky's

There has to be some others I've tried here ...

Skip MacAlister's version of their muffaletta. Way too greasy and the olive spread didn't have much of a flavor to it.
