We are going to this area last week in August and am looking for good places to dine ranging from burgers to upscale. I'd like a good steak house, seafood, French, Italian, bar food.
I just ate a few weeks ago in the Bavarian Manor Inn in Purling. Decent German food and some other main stream menu items. They are only open Weds - Sunday.
In Windham: French Bistro Brie & Bordeaux (sp) Italian Brandywine cheap Vesuvio Hensonville Expensive very good. Bar food Cave Mountain in Windham also home made beer. Seafood & steak at all.
