No promises, but you might call Edge of the Woods, and Claire's Cornucopia and ask. If they don't have them, they might be able to point you in the right direction . . .

Fuel coffee shop sells these ginger scones from time to time that are delicious....I can't remember if they said it was barley or not. Try giving them a call. They weren't the dense cake style scone, but more airy.

I would encourage you to call Thyme and Season - a natural food market in Hamden. They are super nice and if they do not sell barley cookies, would be able to point you in the right direction.
