Asia City Restaurant. ANN Arbor?

Anybody heard about this chinese restaurant. Its next to the Chinese grocery on Washtenaw. I only heard it may be relatives of the grocery store people. Looks like it is a nice restaurant, but will they serve real chinese food or be a buffet? Dim Sum?
Finally a better alternative to the urine cake smelling Great Lake?

It looks like there's still a ways to go to before construction is completed. Haven't been able to find any other info about it.

I'll check it out. Another potentially interesting place along there is Emerald City, which has been taken over by the owners of My Favorite Cafe in Saline. They feature Chinese-Korean food, which I believe is unique in the area.
