Fun! Here's mine (and yes, there's a definite emphasis on brown sugar flavors!)

      Crack Pie: Momofuko Milk Bar
      Date-Walnut Brownie: Murray's Cheese
      Pecan Butterscotch Bar: Treats Truck
      Lemon Cupcake: Sugar Sweet Sunshine
Banana Pudding: Billy's or Magnolia (altho the only thing to get at the latter!)
      Apple fondant: Payard
      Hummingbird Cake: Amy's Bread
Pecan Bar - I like both Eli Zabar's and the ones they sell at McNally-Robinson's cafe

      and elsewhere:
      Lemon Bombolino: Marlowe and Sons

Thanks from a sugarholic. I've never been to settepani but I love Financier.

Here's what I've been craving and eating recently:
Waffles and Dinges WMD - normal (not liege) waffle w/ nutella, chocolate, strawberries, bananas, whipped cream and powdered sugar. don't recommend the speculous or whatever that Belgian paste was.

Kee's macarons - rosewater lychee, lavender, peach, raspberry.

Macaron Cafe macarons, esp the salted caramel.

2 Little Red Hens chocolate cupcake

The salted caramel was one of the best I've ever had...

Thanks for sharing your list; it gives me some new places to try. Some questions, though:

You prefer Jacques Torres to Kee's? Also, I wouldn't have thought to try New York cheesecake at Ferrara. Do you prefer it to S&S Cheesecake in Riverdale, or for that matter, Two Little Red Hens on the Upper East Side? Agreed on Rocco's, providing we're limiting things to Manhattan only (I know at least two places in Brooklyn that make better cannoli, with Villabate being the best).

I like Financier Patisserie a lot. I have gotten many holiday cakes from there including the white chocolate and raspberry, chocolate praline, and the marjolaine.

Also I had a great chocolate pecan pie from Bouchon Bakery. I thought the banana pudding from Magnolia was surprisingly very good. Haven't really gotten a chance to sample many cupcakes in the city, but I had a great Red Velvet one from Make My Cake in Harlem after Amy Ruth's the other day. Strawberry cake and chocolate macadamia nut cookie were also great.

Momofuku Milk Bar- Banana cake, crack pie, cornflake marshmallow cookie, chocolate chocolate cookie, blueberry cream cookie all really delicious.
