You pick the kind of lettiuce you want, the kind of toppings (there are a ton, all kinds of meats, fruits, vegetables and cheeses), and then you pick your dressing. Everything is chopped and tossed together. You can also order it as a wrap. It's basically a burger place/sports bar but the salads make it worth the trip. You will find plenty of other good food here as well. Mix it up does a pretty good job at salads too, depending on what you get. I've also just starting to enjoy Melt's salads, which not as good as their excellent sandwiches, are still pretty damn good.
