McDonald's Coffee Bar?

sorry but i'm lost. i rarely ever go into this place but my 7 yr old considers it a "treat". anyway, what is this coffee thing about? how do you do it?do you order at the register and then move to the left or do you walk right up to it? guess the fast food thing is way too confusing to me:)

  1. I haven't seen an actual coffee BAR at McD's around here...

You just get the choices on the board like with everything else.

Are they testing a "coffee bar" concept in your area?

I was at a McCafe in DC. They were doing the latte/cappuccino thing. Not bad, but not a destination by any means.

    2. You mean McCafe? Order at the register like you would anything else.
      It's much simpler than Starbucks.
For some reason the few times I went the counterperson kept insisting on making my drink Iced (I asked for HOT) so be alert for that.

      1. Your 7 year old drinks coffee ?

Hey, if the OP lives in RI, it's quite possible.
