I am trying to find skyr an Icelandic dairy product. Would anyone know where to find that delight? I am in central London if someone has a lead. I miss it!!

Try giving the people at Texture restaurant nr Marble Arch a call. The chef is Icelandic and they have Skyr in some of the dishes on their menu.

Doubt they sell it themselves but I suspect they'll know who does.

Unfortunately Whole Foods no longer stock it as it wasn't selling. I'm currently trying to find an alternative source.

Whole Foods Market on Kensington High Street used to stock it, I don't know if they still do.
