The challenge: - budget friendly for 60 people - venue doesn't have kitchen - night time wedding, need to feed people We are open to family style or buffet. I have looked at some local caterers which seem fair but is still a lot of money to me and my fiancé. So I am reaching out to the community of Foodies to see if any of you have some creative ideas on catering on a budget.
