Sounds alittle like Noodle Co. I love that place too. They have noodles that you add meat and vegetables to. You can make it as hot as you like.

I can never stay away from the Veggie Hand Rolls (#9) and the Spicy Laht Nah (#79) with ground chicken - this is my standard order and I never veer away from it. Be sure to ask for extra bowls so you can make your own individual sauces from all the offerings on the table (ask for the dried crushed chiles - they still have them). We went on Friday and also ordered the Chicken Wrap which was very good (#11) the sauce was amazing. Everyone was very pleased with their orders - one person for the Chicken Chow Mein and another got the Seafood Noodles with Rice Noodles (#38).
