Japanese cooking class

Can anyone recommend a Japanese cooking class or program in Manhattan? I've done a web search and found very limited options (a couple of classes at ICE and one-off novice options). I like the sound of the noodle class at the ICE but their other classes (i.e. sushi making) seem very basic. Seems like there are a couple of catering chefs who will make home visits to teach Japanese cooking but I don't think I'm interested in that. I'm really looking for an advanced or semi-advanced program that I can take on the weekends.

I teach all level of Japanese cooking in Manhattan. The classes are usually 3 hours long and rates are from $65 ~ $80 depends on the menu. I teach as basic as how to make dashi to making sashimi from a whole fish. If you are interested, please email me at msassa5@nyc.rr.com. Also please check my cooking blog:http://hungrykai.exblog.jp/

I noticed a Japanese cooking school had taken over the former space of Bridge Kitchenware on 711 3rd Ave . Haven't tried it, but it looks very interesting.
