I just opened my _Los Angeles_ magazine and noticed La Panella cited for best Flan in the "Best of LA" categories.

Can anyone expound on the general cuisine in this restaurant, bc it might make a nice stop for us when we come out? Thank you.

Skip La Paella.

La Paella (note spelling) is a Spanish restaurant on San Vicente Blvd. They have decent tapas, fideua, and sangria, but that's about it.

The namesake paella is a soggy mess. The flan is nothing to write home about.
