I've got a Salvadorian friend visiting New York and wanted to steer them toward the best Salvadorian restaurants, in Manhattan or Boroughs. What are your favorites?

I'm sorry you got no response. I'm guessing that's because you should post to Outer Boroughs. I imagine you are much more likely to find Salvadoran food in Jackson Heights or Red Hook than Manhattan. Good luck!
