Dried White Mulberries

Found some of these at the Iranian store and on a whim, just bought them. No idea what to do with them though. Looked online and they just suggested to eat them raw.

Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

  1. Throw them in granola, cookies, muffins, scones, etc. Add to chicken and pork while roasting and then mix into pan sauce. Reconstitute, mash and cook down with a little sugar to taste for a syrup for ice cream, pancakes, waffles, or glaze. Add to fruit salads and allow to reconstitute in the fruit juices.
