Albany- Seeking great eggplant parmigiana

Would love to find a healthy and delicious version- no canned tomato sauce and not much breading. Am open to take-out or fancy restaurant. Any recs out there?

Probably not a healthy version but Troy and Schenectady (Capiello's has Eggplant Parm to go) have good Italian food. Cafe Capriccio in Albany is my favorite upscale Italian. I like their eggplant with four cheeses appetizer. Their eggplant entree doesn't appeal to me, I prefer more traditional versions.
