Mexican in Claverack?
Was I dreaming or did someone tell me about a new Mexican place near the corner of 9 & 23? Maybe part of a local chain?

First the downside : No Liquor license yet. And you can't bring your own. Makes no sense but there you have it.
Upside : Great mexican food. Easily the best in the county, blows Mexican Radio away on taste and price - and I like MR alot.
Had Chimichangas, Rellanos, burritos, tacos - all great. Nice green salsa, appropriately spicy. Their red table salsa has a really nice malt vinegar flavor that brightens the tomatoes and cilantro.
Highly recommended.

Found it, in passing. South of the 23 / 9H intersection, maybe 1/2 or 3/4 mile.
Coyote something... in that old bar who's name I can't remember.
But that gas station does look like it's trying to be something....

Yes, I had completely forgotten but we noticed it when we drove by nearly a month ago. This place has changed names numerous times, but has always been a bar and the sort of dive I don't think I'd feel comfortable walking into. It certainly did not appear to have suddenly gone upscale.
