I've been to several of the food events and enjoyed each and every one of them. Warning: I've run up against more than a few "dark unfriendly" dishes. One in particular at the Hobbit-fest was a pork dish with a very strong mustard sauce on the side along with some other condiments and sides. When you can't see which dollop is what, that's a bad thing. I ended up with a very large bite of mostly the very hot mustard sauce and didn't taste much else past that. That being said, the quality of the dishes is well worth the increased price.
