Have an overabundance of green seedless grapes. Ate a green gazpacho once that had grapes as the base. Any suggestions? No tree nuts or sesame sees. (allergic family member)

the nut-free caveat is the biggest obstacle, as nearly all of the green grape gazpacho recipes i've seen call for almonds. but i did manage to dig up a few:

i hope one of them will work for you. personally i think the combination of grapes & tomatillos in the last one (the "green living" recipe) is a fantastic idea.

whiz up the grapes with some cucumber, white grape juice, cilantromint, a little jalapeno, avocado. you can add scallions and/or ginger too.

do a search and you can also find grape tarts, which are nice not-too-sweet dessert.
