Pre-theatre dim sum near Gielgud Theatre, London

My husband and I will be visting London in early September, and will be going to see Avenue Q at the Gielgud Theatre. Since it's near Chinatown, I was wondering if anyone can recommend a really good dim sum restaurant in the area.

I really like Bar Shan - it has a mixture of dumplings and noodles (which are all great) and is inexpensive. It's a mixture of Xi’an and Sichuanese cuisine so a little different to most of the other offers around Chinatown. And the service is good - verging on friendly!

Ba Shan is a good bet. I went when I visited recently. Unless London is different than the U.S., I don't think you're likely to find Cantonese dim sum in the evening.
