I bet you could tweak that into a savory cheesecake using eggs, cream cheese, cottage cheese, garlic, peppers and onions. Here's a recipe to use as a starting point: http://www.bigoven.com/162853-Savory-...

        That's a nice idea, cimui!

I am not as good as Sam or cimui, but, my first thought was like a carbonara, without the bacon, but with the tomato sauce, and cream cheese to make the sauce like a creamy tomato sauce. I wouldn't even use the corn in it, but you can make corn fritters with it if you make a batter with the milk & eggs :)

Corn fritters!! I've been wanting to make them ever since someone -- you? -- posted a nice-looking recipe on a separate thread, recently. If only the fresh corn at my local markets didn't look so wan.

I'd love to take credit, friend, but no corn fritters here!!

A caramelized onion pasta sauce using the onions, garlic, cottage cheese, milk, and cream cheese seems to me the way to go. Caramelize the onions. Whir the cottage cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and milk in a food processor, and add to the caramelized onions and heat on low for a quick pasta sauce.

Sauce: dice peppers and onions the size of corn kernels. Sweat the onion, add finely chooped garlic, and last add the diced peppers, drained canned corn and tomato sauce and simmer.

          Cook the pasta.

Make a cream and cottage cheese omelette, using the margarine as cooking oil.

Plate the pasta; top with sauce; cut the omelette into strips that cut across the halfmoon and quickly place all on top of the sauced pasta, allowing the melted cheese in the omelette to flow down onto the pasta and sauce.

Looks like lasagna to me; or a pasta casserole that resembles lasagna.
Or a corn chowder, topped with grated cheese?
Is it required that we use all the ingredients or can we hold some back for breakfast in the morning?
