Danish baby back ribs

Anyone know of a butcher or restaurant where I can get danish baby back ribs ? These are the ones with very small, fine bones. I can purchase them when wintering in Fla in the Ft.Myers area but haven't been able them find them here. I reside in the NW burbs, but will travel to get them. Thanks.

Danish ribs kind of fell out of favor with restaurant since they have an off fishy flavor. What you may want to look for is a 1 lbs and down, or 1 1/4 lbs and down pork back rib.
