Which is best? Brunch or Dinner at Le Champlain at Hotel Frontenac

I'm going to Quebec City in a few weeks and want to make a reservation at the "Le Champlain" Restaurant in the Hotel Frontenac.

If anyone has been to the restaurant recently I would appreciate any comments.

Which is better? Brunch or Dinner?

NEITHER! My husband and I were there this Monday evening. The food was just OK. The service was spotty. They needed more wait staff. The price was VERY EXPENSIVE. We knew this and were expecting something special. It wasn't.
