cookies w/corn flour

does anyone have a good cookie recipe that uses corn flour?

i was hoping to make:
1) a rolled/shaped biscuit-type or icebox cookie, adding lemon zest, and icing it with lemony icing.
2) oatmeal or whole wheat corn blueberry cookie

Check Martha Stewart's website or cookie book - she has at least one recipe.

do you mean cornmeal like for polenta, or what americans call cornstarch?

there's also corn flour, which is finely ground cornmeal. i assumed that was what the OP meant...

goodhealth is right. i have finely ground whole grain cornmeal.

that's why i'm having trouble searching for recipes on my own.
