butcher shops in orlando

are there any independent butcher shops in orlando? something old school where you can actually get meat butchered instead of picking it from a case. i have been to pettys in longwood and they are good, but $$$. i am even willing to travel a bit to find somewhere authentic where i can request specific cuts of meat. any suggestions?

Check out B@P Meats of Lake Mary in the shopping center on the corner of Country Club Rd and Lake Mary Boulevard. Small shop run by a husband and wife team with a nice selection of meat and chicken, homemade sausages, meatloaf mix, etc.
