diet ricotta cheesecake

I used to make this cheesecake many years ago. The ingredients were ricotta cheese, crushed pineapple. knox gelatine, egg,sweet and low, etc. I wanted to make it for my friend who is diabetic but I can't find the recipie. If anybody has it please post it. Thanks

Thanks for the recipe. It is similar to the cheesecake I made except I mixed the cheese mixture with the pineapple. I will definitely try it.
