Cemitas poblanas truck on 8th at Alvarado: any info?

I've passed it for months on my way home from work, about 3-4 blocks east of Alvarado, north side of the street. I'm interested, The Woman In The Hat, who mostly doesn't do food from trucks, isn't. Anyone have any info/insight with which I might persuade her that a quick stop for a chicken mole cemitas might be worth the time?

Perhaps point out to her that nearly all the food she consumes has, at some point, come from a truck along that long trip to her lips?
