Where can I eat a salad for lunch in Barcelona?

Thanks to Chowhound we have eating amazing meals for a week, Paco Meralgo, Cal Pep, Tapioles53, to name a few, as well as 4 nights in Costa Braca eating a lot of traditional Catalan food. Today we need a break from eating...just a light salad...not a whole tapas situation. Any ideas?
We are going next week and a friend suggested this place when I asked him the same question. He said it was comparable to Cozi in the NYC area. They have a website:
With the exchange rate as high as it is I am thinking that stocking the kitchen in the apt we rented with meats, cheeses and veggies may be a good thing as well.
