Ossington Must Do?

Going to head down to this area tomorrow. Love Pho? Going to wing it, shop, do lunch, and hopefully hit the right spots,
Thanks

Just returned from a pleasant afternoon Queen West/Ossington. We opted for lunch @ Thien Thanh. Service was fast and efficient. We had summer rolls, a papaya/shrimp app. spicy beef noodle soup and a Bun with spring rolls. Everything was above average, $23.00 out the door. A good value, now looking to sample other restaurants. We were going to get a pizza from Libretto for a late night snack, but it does not open until 5PM.
    Cheers

Golden Turtle is the most popular, but the Pho place just south of there, on the same side of the street, also has its adherents.

I see way more non-Asians at Golden Turtle, conversely mostly Asians at Thien Thanh. You draw your own conclusions.

I like Thien Thanh as well. Plus, don't forget to visit Venezia Bakery on the west side if it's open. Great Portugese pastries and breads.
