Organic/Local/Sustainable Focus in AC/OC?

We're celebrating our 7 yr anniversary at the shore and are hoping to find a restaurant with a focus on organic/local/sustainable - seafood preferably but we're open to all choices. Does such a place exist?

Perhaps if you defined "at the shore" and what you mean by AC/OC? In NJ we go or are "down the shore" and AC to me means Atlantic City and OC would thereby mean Ocean City. But if You mean Atlantic County and Ocean County, well a whole different range.

Just trying to be helpful so you can get a bunch of good replies.
