<content>Somehow I came across the name of Jacques Beaufort, maker of the "Andr&#233; Beaufort" line of biodynamic champagnes.

Located in the grand-cru village of Ambonnay. Very highly praised, and priced. In particular, his Demi Sec seems to get consistent accolades.

Back in May 2009 Galloni wrote about the NV Brut Grand Cru Ros&#233; : "This richly-textured, expansive wine blossoms on the palate with the essence of candied cherries, sweet herbs, smoke, flowers and minerals, offering tons of depth."

All sounds very good, except... the prices:
2000 Brut "Polisy" $90
2000 Brut "Ambonnay" Grand Cru $120
1996 Brut "Ambonnay" Grand Cru $220
1990 Brut "Ambonnay" Grand Cru $250
NV Brut Grand Cru Ros&#233; "Ambonnay" $85

I was about to click the "Checkout" button, I got second thoughts.
Help!!!
