Tore & Luke's fries

Used to live in Arlington Heights, and now am on the East Coast. Always go to Tore & Luke's when I visit and I wonder does anyone know who supplies them with their fries? I been eating those darn things for over 30 years and they are the best fries I have ever had. I usually don't even finish the small orders you get at most take out places, but somehow I manage to eat the whole gigantic bag. How they stay hot until the end, I don't know either. Wish I had some now.......

    1. This is an old thread, but I know the family who owns Tore and Luke's, so I will send her an e-mail and find out for you and report back. She actually commented on my Facebook status over the weekend where I was mentioning my Italian Beef heartache since I too have relocated to the East Coast, and cannot get Italian Beef out here. Needless to say, she sent me an e-mail asking me for my address, and is sending some beef my way! Woo hoo! I can't wait! Cannot get enough Italian Beef in my diet when I am home! -mJ

        1. When they first opened years ago.... oh those fries.... to die for.....

            1. I just received an e-mail back from Gia, and they get their fries from Victory Spud in Chicago. She said that if you want them, give them a shout and tell them that you want the same ones that Tore and Luke's serves. Hope that helps! -mJ
