Mole in Las Vegas, any recs?

I love Mole. I've come to learn there are hundreds of different ways to make this Mexican dish of perfection, but the ones i've tasted (and loved) have had chocolate in them. I'm far from any expert on the dish, but have a burning desire to taste as much of it as possible. I want to know just how different all the types can be and taste!

Anyone know of good mole in Las Vegas? Dives are a big +, and I'll drive across town if it's really good.

  1. Dos Caminos @ The Palazzo had a wonderful Salmon in a Pumpkin mole (A Special of the evening) friend had the enchiladas w/ the mole poblano. We both thought the sauces were the standout at this restaurant!
    I look forward to going back to try more of the house specialties......

      I am sheepish in admitting that I work at The Venetian, and haven't eaten there yet! I've heard both great and so-so things about Dos Caminos (hear their guaquamole is awesome by multiple persons) Had no idea they had Mole! Gotta check it out now!
