Goin' on a picnic & need fried chicken

I am not looking for a high-end restaurant that does fried chicken, like Harlem (where it is delicious, BTW) I am in need of good old school fried chicken I can take to a picnic tomorrow.

I am pretty central (Ave & Lawrence) and will go south as far as the lake but only North to Sheppard, West to Keele, and East to Don Mills.

Thoughts?

Chick-N-Joy at Queen and Woodfield. The best in town, despite all the Chowhound naysayers....

I really liked the fried chicken at Stockyards BBQ...and you could grab all kinds of other deliciousness wile you're there.

I second the fried chicken at Stockyards; it's crispy, flavourful and juicy.

Third the Stockyards. The Healthy Butcher also makes pretty tasty fried chicken. Might be a little more convenient, if pricier.
