Squash blossoms?

How do you cook squash blossoms? We have more squash & pumpkins than we need & thought maybe we ought to eat the blossoms. Suggestions?

I plant those crazy zukes just for the blossoms. Pick in the morning, pass through a batter of 1/2 cornmeal and 1/2 rice flour, seasoned with salt and pepper. Pan fry. We like a sweet chili dip- just that stuff in a bottle cut with a touch of lemon or vinegar. Best eaten on the patio in the early evening.

I either drizzle with olive oil and sea salt, or put them in a cheese quesadilla (go light on the cheese so the flavor of the flower comes through).

stuff them with goat cheese and then fry them up.
Never plant too many squash plants! 2 is probably too many.

Fried as is, stuffed with sausage and either fried or used as dumpling wrappers, as a flavouring for soup. They're awesome. The flavour is somewhere between honey, flowers, and je ne sais quoi. It adds body to soups.
