Real Deal German Bread Found in MetroDetroit

My family and I picked up real deal brotchen (rolls) and vollkornbrot (full seed bread) along with quarkstuten (a yogurt stollen-like bread that knocked our socks off)...

The bakery is located right across from the Mt. Clemens jail, though through their website, I found that they do a limited farmers market circuit in and around the metro area.
