I've always been curious about the paella at El Meson so I'm hoping someone will comment on it...

I'm not sure how really traditional it is, nor is it really "in" the twin cities, but the best I've had came from Nosh in Lake city. I thought it was very good.

Solera on Hennepin Avenue downtown! It's fabulous and you can enjoy a rooftop movie while you are at it!

Solera is the best (and admittedly, only) paella I've had in MSP. Definitely worth a try.
