Burrata
Anybody know where to buy fresh burrata in Montreal besides La Mer?

Your best bet is La Baie des fromages on Jean-Talon (corner Fabre) where they have it pretty much every other week. Call to make sure they have some before driving there. Pricewise, it's steep, pretty steep. The last time I checked, it was in the neighborhood of $45-50 for 2 balls.
Maybe not as interesting but equally delicious are buffala milk bocconcini that can be found at Capitol at JTM. These are delicious in a Caprese.

real burrata ? from Italy ? at la mer ? quite surprising since "Hamel" did not have some last week.
out of curiosity, how much ? in the $20-$30 each ?

re: Maximilien
I bought some at Fromagerie du Marche Atwater. Can't remember how much, but it was expensive and to be perfectl honest, a little too rich for my blood - not cost wise- but it was just too heavy a few bites in. But it was everything it was supposed to me. Maybe my age is catching up with me.... YIKES
