Lamb steaks and a coffee rub or sauce
I brought home a couple of lamb steaks from the market. My first thought was some sort of Greek thing, but as I ponder dinner my mind went to the delicious Ethiopian coffee I grabbed the other day. It is ground coarse (French press grind) and has some delicious berry and spice notes, so I thought it would make a really wonderful rub or sauce for the steaks. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I would accomplish this?
