curing salts in honolulu?

anyone know where i can find curing salts in town or anywhere on oahu? interested in making corned beef etc etc.....mahalo!

    Have you tried Y. Hata on Sand Island Rd? Lots of chefs and food service people show there
    it is open to the public. I've gotten some great things there as well as cooking supplies.
