Rockefeller Center...HELP!

I've heard that there is a lounge/bar type of thing in Rockefeller Center that offers an outstanding view of the city. Is there such a thing!? If so, can someone hook me up with a name? Thanks!

      top of the rock is what you are looking for. check out the rockefellar center website.

        Top of the Rock is the observation deck there. Amazing views, but as far as I know no lounge or bar.

        The Rainbow Room is closed, but there is a bar on that same floor that may still have some limited hours. I don't know its name.

          The Rainbow Room I have heard of, but from the sounds of it there is another option in the building for drinks. Like I said, it could be someone yanking my chain

            As mentioned by OP, it is the Rainbow Room and it is a horribly overpriced place that is well past it's prime.
