What happened to Starfish Grill, Brunswick?

This is a bit late but last fall, got to Brunswick hoping to have a great meal at my fav restaurant there, and it was gone. Would really like to know the reason for its closing as I always got delicious food and great service. Thanks.

The story I heard was that the rent had gone up and they were looking for another place in order to reopen. I do not know why they have not. We miss they place and live about 20" away.
