a) Where do I get some?

b) How much more can I expect to pay?

c) Is it worth it?

    A. Five Bar Beef, which sells at the Laguna Hills farmers' market. They're based out of Silverado/Trabuco Canyons.

    B. $12 pound for steaks (they have different cuts on different days), $9 pound for roasts or tri-tips, $5 pound for ground meat.

    C. Yes.

      Whole Foods in Irvine / Tustin (the District shopping center off of Jamboree at Barranca has it.

      As for whether it's worth it, I guess that's a subjective thing, you'll have to try it and decide for yourself :-)

          a) I buy free-range organic beef at Sprouts markets.
          b) It is a few dollars more per pound than the regular stuff but selected cuts can be found on sale often.
          c) Yes, definitely. The difference in taste alone makes it worth the extra cost. The fact that it's healthier by leaps and bounds is a happy bonus.
