Mexican Restaurants in the Hudson Valley?

Hello, I am on a quest to find a great mexican restaurant in the Hudson Valley area (particularly Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, or Ulster counties). I have tried a bunch of the restaurants listed in a post from 2004 (El Bracero, Cafe Maya...) and other local favorites (Stone Creek, La Puerta Azul...) but I'm looking for something new, with lots of vegetarian options, and with killer guacamole. Any takers? :) Thanks for your help.

can't imagine you'll get better guacamole than at la puerta azul.

my personal fave for mexican dive in poughkeepsie is cinco de mayo, but los compadres and la cabanita are also good. there's a ton of them open down main street...

for better mexican, you cited la puerta azul; i also like santa fe (tivoli), and armadillos (kingston), but they're both more tex-mex..

I like La Puerta Azul a lot, I just find it to be a bit pricey and lacking in the vegetarian options.

Thanks for the suggestions though--I've never heard of Santa Fe or Armadillos; I'll have to check them out.
