My boyfriend and I are staying at The Viking Hotel in Newport for the night on Saturday. I am looking for a restaurant- needs to be gluten free friendly, chic atmosphere, excellent food. Help!

Tuckers on Broadway. I believe one of the owners needs to eat Gluten Free so they probably do it right...it's at the bottom of their menu:

You could also check with the Brick Alley for a pub/lunch type place....they are usually very accomodating and I've heard they have gluten free but it's not on their main menu.

Also you might want to give this Inn a call for recommendations, I know you're not staying there but maybe if you promise to stay with them next time they could help ;)

      From their website:
"We are very accommodating to guests with allergies. We are well known for our Gluten-free, Wheat-free and Lactose-free breakfasts. We also have experience with Kosher cooking though we do not have a Kosher kitchen. "
