New Pupusa Truck in Napa?

I've spotted a new pupusa truck parked in front of an old garage just south of Old Abobe a couple time but so far the stars have not aligned for me to give the (possble) griddled goodness a try. Has anyone else sampled the wares or sussed out the pattern of availibility? Cheers :)
