ihop in Franklin Park. I no hop to them
Took the family to the new ihop on Route 27 in Franklin Park, NJ, by the Kendall Park border. Food was very good (when it finally came...and not all that was supposed to did...the garlic bread, broccoli and incidentals, like iced tea either didn't show up altogether or came after the entre was finished) but the service still showed signs of not being trained properly. The store owner also gave very miniscule comp for the problems.
Anyone else have comments about this place?

Do love an occasional IHOP Smiley face pancake, sometimes the world seems so mean.
That being said Service at IHOP is always an issue!
There is a corporate web site I have used for customer comments.
