Peter Luger's Creamed Spinach at Costco

Has anyone tried it? Is it same/similar to the creamed spinach at the restaurant in brooklyn?

There are only 2 grams of fat and 45 calories per 1/2 cup -- just 12 grams of fat and ~250 calories in the whole huge container! I can't actually think of a healthier side dish that is not just plain steamed vegetables.

It's also delicious. And it's really good as an ingredient in things: topping on pizza, filing in omelet, etc.

Stuffed into a baked potato, made into a bed into which you break an egg, sprinkle with cheese, and run under the broiler until the egg is done

I saw it at the Costco in Norwalk and in Ft. Myers Florida between April and June. However, they no longer have it and I never did buy it as it used creamed soup as a base I believe and didn't sound authentic.

"as it used creamed soup as a base"

I'm confused, did it list "creamed soup" as an ingredient?
